49ccf975f2 minor cleanup
- use NULL rather then 0 for pointers
- use static functions where possible
- add own includes to ensure func's and their declarations don't get out of sync.

5caf6e9070 presets now work from non-redo popups,
ended up having to add a new pointer into the uiBlock (which I'd rather have avoided), but setting the uiLayoutSetContextPointer(..) was complicated to properly use for submenus and popus.

b603e1b1ca Moving version-patches for theme/userpref setting changes as result of
GSoC11-Pepper changes forward to the version patch in place for Cycles +
Tracking.

It turns out that the original version patches introduced for these settings
were being done for the wrong version, and hence did not show in trunk as they
should have (2.59 came out before the branch was merged, so this kindof slipped
under the radar). The affected settings were:
- default handle-type (which was supposed to be "auto-clamped" but was "auto" in
trunk)
- theme settings for these handle colours

Cycles is available is an extra render engine from the top header. It's not
feature complete, consider this as a first preview release. Known bugs:

Building currently only works with CMake, SCons support is being worked on
and should be available soon.

Also missing still is precompiled OpenImageIO and Boost for Linux, these will
be added later in lib/linux*, if you do not have these installed on your
system, Cycles will simply not be available.

ce462fa1b7 - disable undo for user preferences (every click would do push an undo), was noticeable on large files.
- also netbeans project file generator now uses branch name for project.

28ee0f9218 Texturing: texture and 3d view draw type changes, these should only have any
effect for a render engine using new shading nodes. In short:

* No longer uses images assigned to faces in the uv layer, rather the active
  image texture node is what is edited/painted/drawn.
* Textured draw type now shows the active image texture node, with solid
  lighting.
* Material draw mode shows GLSL shader of a simplified material node tree,
  using solid lighting.
* Textures for modifiers, brushes, etc, are now available from a dropdown in
  the texture tab in the properties editor. These do not use new shading nodes
  yet.

cd191b7d17 UI/Nodes: templates to edit nodes from the properties editor using a tree view,
to be used by cycles. For testing there's a panel in the node editor if you set
debug to 777, didn't enable it because I'm not sure it's very useful there.

27d42c63d9 Camera tracking integration
===========================

Commiting camera tracking integration gsoc project into trunk.

This commit includes:

- Bundled version of libmv library (with some changes against official repo,
  re-sync with libmv repo a bit later)
- New datatype ID called MovieClip which is optimized to work with movie
  clips (both of movie files and image sequences) and doing camera/motion
  tracking operations.
- New editor called Clip Editor which is currently used for motion/tracking
  stuff only, but which can be easily extended to work with masks too.

  This editor supports:
  * Loading movie files/image sequences
  * Build proxies with different size for loaded movie clip, also supports
    building undistorted proxies to increase speed of playback in
    undistorted mode.
  * Manual lens distortion mode calibration using grid and grease pencil
  * Supervised 2D tracking using two different algorithms KLT and SAD.
  * Basic algorithm for feature detection
  * Camera motion solving. scene orientation

- New constraints to "link" scene objects with solved motions from clip:

  * Follow Track (make object follow 2D motion of track with given name
    or parent object to reconstructed 3D position of track)
  * Camera Solver to make camera moving in the same way as reconstructed camera

This commit NOT includes changes from tomato branch:

- New nodes (they'll be commited as separated patch)
- Automatic image offset guessing for image input node and image editor
  (need to do more tests and gather more feedback)
- Code cleanup in libmv-capi. It's not so critical cleanup, just increasing
  readability and understanadability of code. Better to make this chaneg when
  Keir will finish his current patch.

e5647ea196 py operators - don't use the screen as an operators ID anymore, screen's don't store operator instances and operator functions have access to the context if they need the current screen.
also add some more py api file descriptions.

b9c83456b2 Dynamic Paint:
* Fixed another issue from latest alpha blending changes. Zero alpha brush was painting black color.
* Fix: "Inner Proximity" brush setting was also affecting displace.
* Other small code changes.

72929172dd Cycles: add location/rotate/scale and XYZ mapping options for all texture nodes,
to reduce the amount of nodes needed to set up a simple texture.

These are currently editable in the texture properties tab, still need to make
them available in the node editor. Projection and color modification options will
be added later, they're not implemented yet but allocated already to avoid
version patches later.

Also an issue with the XYZ mapping is that when you set one to None, texture and
material draw mode doesn't draw the image texture well, OpenGL doesn't seem to
like the degenerate texture matrix?

7e9bc22925 Enabled ndof devices for controlling colour wheel and cube UI controls
(eg. colour pickers). Tilting the ndof device up and down and rolling it left and 
right will move the 'colour cursor' in screen x and y, and twisting the ndof device 
will rotate the cursor around the colour wheel (hue). Now you can turn off the 
lights and pretend you have a fancy DI deck!

56421d869d Fix: selecting with z-buffer hiding did not work when graphics card settings
enabled antialiasing, overriding application settings.

The fix for this got lost when the FSAA option was added and later disabled
again. Added it back now, and also disable AA for UI widgets since it makes
them look too blurry, they already do their own AA.
