This includes a few modification:
- The biggest one is call glActiveTexture before doing any call to
glBindTexture for rendering purpose (uniform value depends on it).
This is also better to know what's going on when rendering UI. So if
there is missing UI elements because of this commit look for this first.
This allows us to have "less calls" to glActiveTexture (I did not
measure the final count) and less checks inside GPU_texture.
- Remove use of GL_TEXTURE0 as a uniform value in a few places.
- Be more strict and use BLI_assert for bad usage of GPU_texture functions.
- Disable filtering for integer and stencil textures (not supported by
OGL specs).
- Replace bools inside GPUTexture by a bitflag supporting more options to
identify texture types.
This module has no use now with the new DrawManager and DrawEngines and it
is using deprecated paths.
Moving gpu_shader_fullscreen_vert.glsl
to draw/modes/shaders/common_fullscreen_vert.glsl
Previous fix for T53430 caused T54200.
The edge case for soft & hard cuts weren't working,
where the strip used start/end-still & the frame was placed exactly on
the start/end of of the sequence content.
T54200 fixed the end-still case but broke hard-cuts for all other cases.
This fixes the case for soft/hard cuts with/without start/end-still.
Now all the fine-tuning is happening using parallel range settings structure,
which avoid passing long lists of arguments, allows extend fine-tuning further,
avoid having lots of various functions which basically does the same thing.
Engine is not stored in WorkSpaces. That defines the "context" engine, which
is used for the entire UI.
The engine used for the poll of nodes (add node menu, new nodes when "Use Nodes")
is obtained from context.
Introduce a ViewRender struct for viewport settings that are defined for
workspaces and scene. This struct will be populated with the hand-picked
settings that can be defined per workspace as per the 2.8 design.

* properties editor: workshop + organize context path
Use Scene Settings
==================
For viewport drawing, Workspaces have an option to use the Scene render
settings (F12) instead of the viewport settings.
This way users can quickly preview the final render settings, engine and
View Layer. This will affect all the editors in that workspace, and it will be
clearly indicated in the top-bar.
Properties Editor: Add Workspace and organize context path
==========================================================
We now have the properties of:
Scene, Scene > Layer, Scene > World, Workspace
[Scene | Workspace] > Render Layer > Object
[Scene | Workspace] > Render Layer > Object > Data

Border and circle select wait for input by default.
This commit uses bool properties on the operators instead of
magic number (called "gesture_mode").
Keymaps that define 'deselect' for border/circle select
begin immediately, exiting when on button release.
Deleting the old internal audaspace.
Major changes from there are:
- The whole library was refactored to use C++11.
- Many stability and performance improvements.
- Major Python API refactor:
- Most requested: Play self generated sounds using numpy arrays.
- For games: Sound list, random sounds and dynamic music.
- Writing sounds to files.
- Sequencing API.
- Opening sound devices, eg. Jack.
- Ability to choose different OpenAL devices in the user settings.
Bug introduced in recent ID copying refactor.
This commit basically sanitizes seq strip copying behavior, by making
destination scene pointer mandatory (and source one a const one).
Nothing then prevents you from using same pointer as source and
destination!
This will allow much finer controll over how we copy data-blocks, from
full copy in Main database, to "lighter" ones (out of Main, inside an
already allocated datablock, etc.).
This commit also transfers a llot of what was previously handled by
per-ID-type custom code to generic ID handling code in BKE_library.
Hopefully will avoid in future inconsistencies and missing bits we had
all over the codebase in the past.
It also adds missing copying handling for a few types, most notably
Scene (which where using a fully customized handling previously).
Note that the type of allocation used during copying (regular in Main,
allocated but outside of Main, or not allocated by ID handling code at
all) is stored in ID's, which allows to handle them correctly when
freeing. This needs to be taken care of with caution when doing 'weird'
unusual things with ID copying and/or allocation!
As a final note, while rather noisy, this commit will hopefully not
break too much existing branches, old 'API' has been kept for the main
part, as a wrapper around new code. Cleaning it up will happen later.

Goal is to make them more modular, to allow more variants (variable
single-color, thickness, ...) to be added without having to
copy-and-change-one-line of whole chain of shaders.
