Campbell Barton b063d2f621 replace Py_BuildValue("OOO", Py_None, Py_None, Py_None) with a function that makes and fills the tuple,
since some scripts call rayCast many times in a single logic tick,
contrived benchmark shows this to be about 20% faster.
