Hans Goudey 1a8db5b717 Fix: Only possible to create one 8 bit integer attribute 
The custom data code checks for `LayerTypeInfo.defaultname` before
adding a second layer with a certain type. This was missed in
e7912dfa19. In practice, this default name
is not actually used.
