Campbell Barton 1d6eb9bc93 Fix UV vertex snap while transforming snapping to itself 
When the mouse cursor was close to the selection being transformed,
the UV's could snap to themselves.

Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline-modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing, motion tracking and video editing.
