Dalai Felinto 1e55b58e4f UI: Sort tools in curves sculpting mode 
The previous order was based on the order of when the tools were
developed. Instead we now cluster them based on similar functionality:

* Selection
* Add/Remove
* Deform/Transform
* Annotation

Done in collaboration with Pablo Vazquez.
