Jeroen Bakker 4b06420e65 Cleanup: Packedfile don't repeat yourself. ...

Introduced `BKE_packedfile_unpack` that is called from the specialized
implementation for Image, Sound, Font, Volume etc. This is in
preparation for T91252.
