Summary: Nothing new or exciting here yet, just moving the random scripts/repositories/ things to bin/repository. Also add `repository list`. (Console stuff comes from D2841.) Test Plan: Ran `repository list`, `repository pull`, `repository discover`, `repository discover --verbose`, `repository help`.
