(The caller provided `constraints={...}` via cURL, but you can't mix JSON and HTTP parameters like that.) Test Plan: Called `curl 'http://local.phacility.com/api/maniphest.search?api.token=...&constraints=X'` (with a valid API token), got a more sensible error.
