Summary: Fixes T12092. D17164 made `DiffQuery` more strict about arguments using modern conventions, but `differential.querydiffs` uses bizarre ancient conventions. Give it more modern conventions instead. Test Plan: Made a `querydiffs` call with only revision IDs.
