Summary: Currently, the Aphlict log notifications show for the same duration as normal Aphlict notifications (12 seconds). I find this to be far to long and usually find myself clicking all of the log notifications that I am not interested in. Test Plan: Loaded a page and saw the debug notifications dismiss after roughly three seconds.
