Summary:
Ref T2625. Switches Diffusion to ApplicationSearch. Notes:

  - Rendering is a bit rough, I'll clean that up next.
  - Ordering is a bit arbitrary, also coming shortly.

Test Plan: Used `/diffusion/` to execute various searches.
