Summary: We currently allow you to launch abstract daemons; use setConcreteOnly() to only list/launch concrete daemons. Test Plan: Ran "phd list" (no abstract daemons listed), "phd launch PhabricatorRepositoryCommitDiscoveryDaemon" (reasonable error message).
