Sybren A. Stüvel be1deb7eb6 Moved MongoDB index creation to app startup. 
At the first request to Pillar, the application will create all missing
indices. This also happens in unittests, so that we get the correct
behaviour for 'unique' indices.

This is the latest iteration on the Attract project. We are building a unified framework called Pillar. Pillar will combine Blender Cloud and Attract. You can see Pillar in action on the Blender Cloud.
