{F13882480}System Information
Operating system: windows 10
Graphics card: amd ryzen 5 3400g

Blender Version -- 3.3.1
Broken: (example: 2.80, edbf15d3c044, master, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error- I use blender version 3.3.1 for rigging & retargeting my animation on character. then I export this character to unity in fbx format. Then I import it in unity, then it throw error that "fbx import error: framerate was 0.0 that reset to 1.o again". and whatever our animation is that only get upto 2 frames only.
I use one animation splitting script also for splitting all animations of my 3d model. That script was SplitAnimationClipsOnFBX.cs... I fight many days for solving this problem but got no solution.

- >>>Then I install blender 3.0 with SplitAnimationClipsOnFBX.cs also. But this time it work in blender 3.0.

now I am not using that SplitAnimationClipsOnFBX.cs script. splitting animation by myself. and it is working.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1] install blender 3.3.0
2] rig and animate character with rogify addon.
3] then export it in fbx format for unity
4] try to import it in unity, it will throw error that - "fbx import error: frame rate was set to 0.0 "
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
