Short description of error

Enabling/disabling/enabling BlenderKit in the same session causes multiple BlenderKit menus to appear

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • open blender with a fresh config dir
  • open prefs, enable BlenderKit, see that "Search Models" field appears
  • change viewport to "material preview" shading mode
  • disable/enable/disable/enable BlenderKit: each time, an extra "Search Models" field appears, until there are multiple of them across the top of the viewport

I just fixed it a bit better, it was unregistration order.
