2020 year Blender still have fbx imported camera BUGS. Orientation still not work properly. try to change UP axis to export from other software and nothing.
main function of 3D software is import not working in this application. This is stupid. all other 3d apps import great my test file.

@ramonkarlos I'd rather recommend you next time to follow our bug reporting rules and do your home work. This is one of the oldest known issues with FBX, listed in #68575 (FBX Known issues & TODO's) and reported in {#45176}…

same situation with alembic file. Can`t import correct camera transforms.

According to my observations, the camera is incorrectly imported only from fbx created in Maya. They need to be completely inverted, this is not solved by choosing the correct axis.
Maybe just let people choose an inverted camera when importing?
