Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Hi all,
I'm a new blender user, please kindly help to advise the solution.
I've created 3 animations. However, the bird's eyes were dislocated after being imported to Unity.
Please find this blender file.

This is due to the relative parenting on the eye bones, there is already a task for this, so merging with that one.
