Allow drag and drop of images to the 3D viewport to import them as
planes.

This change is made easy by blender/blender!117728 and
blender/blender!119774.

Tested with single and multiple files, along with Presets, and things seem fine.

I'll make a comment on the other PR about layout. We can consider just using a Panel layout so that many of the sections can be collapsed by default etc.
