Hi,
In each and every page of the 4.1 documentation in French, all windows names were not translated. As an example, the pages about the Outliner are reading "Outliner" everywhere but the French name is "Synoptique" as it can be seen in the screen which lists all available windows (first icon in the top left corner of the Outliner window).
I'm wondering whether all this should be corrected in order to match the documentation with reality.
The style guide states that the menu and button should not be translated.
I know. There is a discussion pending on this very subject in the Translations-Fr channel.
This statement is wrong, because if these words are translated in the French version of the interface, the manual should document what is in the interface, and not follow a meaningless "English-only" Policy .
There is also somewhere in the Guide a text saying that "use of an english keyboard is recommended for Blender". This is just stupid (to me).

This could be closed then. But it did come earlier ...
The stated style guide is still in effect today.
Closing the issue, as the translations follow the style guide. However, this will likely change but that will be discussed in blender/blender-manual#104783
