Short description of error
Ctrl - C does not copy the measured value while using the measure tool to the clipboard as it shows in documentation. Need it for doing precise modelling/measurements.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Use the measure tool from the tools in 3d viewport.
Draw a measurement line.
Hovering over the measurement and Ctrl-C does not copy it to clipboard.

This feature was removed by mistake in 2.80 there is a task for that here: blender/blender#72767

I removed the text from the documentation but seems like I missed some and fixed that in rBM7450
