System Information
Operating system: Linux-5.15.0-47-generic-x86_64-with-glibc2.35 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 670MX/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 418.226.00

Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.4.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2022-09-15 18:14, hash: d5df23d758

Short description of error
Undo do not respect mirror modifier visibility state in sculpt mode if the mirror modifier is created in sculpt mode, but it does respect it if it is created in object mode.

Deactivating a mirror modifier and then sculpting, and pressing Ctrl Z reverts the brush stroke and the mirror modifier state.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1 Open a new sculpt file.
2 Enter edit mode and move all vertices in the x axis.
3 Enter sculpt mode
4 Give it a mirror modifier
5 Deactivate the modifier pressing the monitor icon (realtime option)
6 Make some strokes in the object.
7 Pres Ctrl Z
The brush stroke and the visibility of the modifier reverts at the same time.

But if after the step 2 you go to object mode, and make the mirror modifier in object mode and then you go to sculpt mode, the visibility of the modifier it is respected by the Ctrl Z

See in the video the two different behaviors:

This seems be essentially the same as #98804 but for sculpting, which was merged to #69760. Also similar to #90291.

even if it has another behavior when making the modifier in object mode and then going to sculpt mode?
