Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)
Short description of error
Hey there,
I am currently using 3.3.4 but I had to switch to this version because I cannot see the grease monkey pencil being drawn in real time in 3.4.1 (intel) . I tried the Apple Silicon version but that is not compatible with my Mac OS.
So I'm just pointing this out because I tried so many things but I had to version down to 3.3.4 and I can see the pencil and brush strokes in Grease Monkey very clearly on this version.
I would love to use 3.4.1 but that one issue on the brushes is totally ruining the experience in Grease Monkey.
I really appreciate all your hard work and I just wanted to point this out for you because it may help a lot of digital 3D artists.
Thanks so much
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open 2D animation in the project file in 3.4.1 on Apple Intel version
Go to Draw mode
Use a Bursh from the Active Tool menu
Brush does not appear in real time but only after I lift my pen from the wacom tablet
Sounds same as #102251, please check if using Metal backend resolves this issue. Metal can be enabled in Preferences -> System in the GPU Backend panel.
No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.
