Short description of error

When a large brush radius for textured brushes in sculpt mode, the outer-most affected geometry doesn't apply the texture fully. This is especially noticeble on the Clay Strips and Paint brushes when the stroke method is set to anchored.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Blend file = bug.blend

  • Open the File
  • Use the provided paint brush and clay strips brush on a subdivided cube or suzanne head like shown
  • Notice how the outer edges of the falloff is not updating the geoemtry fully

To me it looks like that the texture simply projected outside the mesh, from the angle of that it looks like the normal is perpendicular and already folded to back face when this is texture is drawn, thus it's not affecting anywhere. So I guess this is expected?

The effect is quite a lot more glitchy while using the brush. There's definitely something going wrong here.
