Short description of error
I have rigged mesh, commercially available at ArtStation. It worked well up until now. In 4.0.0 it is broken:
Look at video - i open the file in 3.6.3 and in 4.0.0. In 3.6.3 everything fine, in 4.0.0 the problem mentioned occur.

The missing shapes are probably result of new workbench engine. I don't see it reported yet. Can you make separate report for that?
I can confirm IK not working correctly, will bisect.

Minimal repro:

The issue appears to be triggered by having two IK constraints on the same bone, with the first in the stack being disabled or zero-influence.
Note that in the provided
Anime_Male_A.blend
, these two IK constraints appear (if I'm understanding the rig setup correctly) to be redundant, so the rig can be fixed by simply deleting the disabled IK constraint. The bug should still be fixed in Blender, of course. But in case this is currently blocking you, @IPv6I'm un-assigning myself for now, because I have other stuff on my plate and am not actively working on this. It will still be on my todo, but if someone else wants to pick this up before I get to it, please feel free!
