Short description of error
Mouse shows on input drag edit

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1- Add a cube
2- Open redo panel
3- Edit any input with drag edit

Hmmm, the pr fixes that the cursor clips to the center of the screen, but shouldn't the cursor be hidden?

In the right video, when I select the input to start editing by dragging, the mouse disappears, but as soon as I move it, it shows.

Cursor should be hidden, yes. But for some redo panel properties it remains visible (even in previous versions).
Example:
Cursor is visible when: you add object then tweak properties in redo panel.
Not visible: when transform operation is executed and tweaked the properties of it in redo panel.

We can either reopen this or open a new bug report with more context about the actual problem
