System Information
Operating system: Windows 11
Graphics card: AMD RX 6600 / Adrenalin 23.9.1

Blender Version
Broken: Blender 3.4.x / 3.5.X / 3.6.2 / 4.0 Alpha
Worked: 3.3.X

Short description of error
Blender instantly crashes when trying to render with Cycles using HIP. Apparently only happens with files that have high number of polygons. New Project with cube doesn't crash. Using CPU doesn't crash.
Also, System preferences shows that I have 2 GPU units, but I have only one. It disables both when trying to disable a single one (idk if this is normal)

Hi there! A crash log would definitely help :D See here: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/3.6/troubleshooting/crash.html#windows , also, please give us system info file, using Help > Save System Info.

Is it that on versions 3.4.x / 3.5.X / 3.6.2 / 4.0 Alpha you all have two graphics card on display? Or is it limited to some specific version?

Unfortunately "high number of polygons" is too vague to determine anything, so crash logs would be great. Thanks!

Hi, thanks for your help, and sorry for the late reply.

Here are the logs, and yes, all versions shows two GPUs on display
