System Information
Operating system: Linux-6.4.6-76060406-generic-x86_64-with-glibc2.35 64 Bits, X11 UI
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 535.113.01
Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.6.5, branch: blender-v3.6-release, commit date: 2023-10-16 14:30, hash:
cf1e1ed46b7e
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)
Looks like this broke with
c5e10920f9

Short description of error
The operator in Object > Relations > Make Local... > All is crashing Blender 3.6.5 when called. This feature was working normally in 3.6.4
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
File Samples:
_ANIM.blend
_RIG.blend
That is very bad because there is not another way to quickly batch a bunch of collections to make them local and its dependencies. Our shading process depends on this feature which was working normally in 3.6.4
Best regards,
J.
Edit: added a .crash.txt (don't know how useful that could be so just in case...)
Can confirm, will check

This crash happens with simple objects as well as with collections, by following these steps:
I include my test files, the Crash-file is ready to be crashed by making the linked object local.

I just tried 3.6.6 release candidate and the crash still persists. Is that expected?
Yes, not everything has been backported yet
Working properly on Release Candidate from 7th Nov. Thank you guys!!
