Short description of error
I somehow have added view compositor options to my quick favorites and now cannot delete it cause the "Remove from quick favorites" button does not show up in the right-click menu.

I think I did it a long time ago when the compositor viewport feature just has been added.
So it was possible to do it for a short period of time probably.

I tried 3.5 build but unable to add compositor options to Quick Favorites menu.
Since quick favorites list is stored in user preferences, I don't see any other fix apart from saving the factory prefs: File > Default > Load Factory Settings. Can you check?

This probably worked because at some point, the option was still a boolean [which is supported by quick favorites], but now is an enum (that changed in 11275b7363), or it was even an operator at some point [operator enums are supported in quick favorites since 04d50f4b23]?

Anyhow, regular enums still need support in quick favorites, see #59244, might have a go at it again.

That leaves us though with something which could only be fixed with a new feature (which is already covered by #59244), otherwise I would do as @PratikPB2123 suggests

As Philipp pointed, enums are not supported to quick favorites menu. So one thing we could try is to clear U.user_menus and send the file back to you? maybe this is illegal :)

Dont see a convenient quick way to do it.
Sorry to say, but I believe this is a little bit out of the scope of this bugtracker.

Sure, you have run into an unfortunate situation that you did not cause yourself, but this does not really have a reasonable fix (Quick Favorites only store a data_path, not the type of a property, the only thing I can think of is storing the type as well and in the -- very unlikey -- case the type changed, remove the entry all together).

So please accept appologies, but this will be closed without a fix.
