Area Light: Shadow offsets when using Shadow Normal Bias #119259

Operating system: WIN 11 23H2
Graphics card: RTX 2060 6 GO

Blender Version
Broken: 4.2 ALPHA (Daily : 196cd48aad from 09/03/2024)
Worked: No one

Short description of error
When your using an area light in eeve-next the shadow are completly broken on surface.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Delete evruthngs ! (IMPORTANT)
  2. Add a plan
  3. Add a cube
  4. Add an area light
  5. Switch to eevee-next

Area light cause multiple problem in eevee-next like Light baking and many more things ! Instead Point light look like correctly !

This goes away lowering the Shadow Normal Bias
