Short description of error
Procedural texture Voronoi (coloring Cells and Intensity) incorrectly displayed on an object in the viewport shading mode Cycles material.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

  1. Use a default blender scene.
  2. Toggle to render Cycles, viewport shading - Material.
  3. Select the cube. On the materials settings tab click on the button "use nodes".
  4. Under the surface dropdown in material parametres in node socket Color choose Voronoi Texture.
  5. Then change the coloring with Intensity on Cells.

Seems also similar to #49355.

Note: it might be a limitation of your video card/driver to not support bit operations in GLSL code, but then the cube would have been white in both cases. So it's something odd here. Could be that driver reports bit operations support but not fully support them actually.
