after install this version, it's impossible to launch blender, it's crash directly.
the previous version of blender 2.8 working but this new version doesn't work on my computer.
i try do desintall and redownload and reinstall but same probleme !

I had the same issue when I installed 2.8 for the first time a few hours ago. Mine crashed as soon I selected 'User Preferences from 2.79' (forgot the exact name) from the initial splash screen.
I noticed on the CMD Prompt that a particular file from userperf was turning up as an issue. I went to the below location and deleted everything and reopened it without selecting any user preferences and it worked.
C:\Users"Your Username"\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.80
