**Blender Version: 2.80
The Keymap menu registers a / instead of § on the Swiss German Keyboard layout. outside of the Keymap menu however the correct key will register which makes it hard to keymap a Swiss German keyboard.

I have the same behavior than in the Video above for Version 2.91.0 and Version 2.92.0 Alpha.
I disabled the keyboard switching shortcut within windows to be shure to have a swiss german layout always. The on screen keyboard is the same than in the video.
I could't figure out here what was the solution.
