I forgot to say that you to use in displacement only in the material settings
Due to procedural displacement the pointiness node isn't working :(((

The pointiness geometry is obtained from the original object (without the cycles' displacement).
I believe this is expected because of a possible dependence between the final mesh (with displacement) and the pointiness.

I don't think it's a bug.

I wouldn't consider it a bug at this point so closing is fine. I added it to the list in #53901 (Cycles adaptive subdivision tasks).
