Pen pressure is broken in both modes., For 2.91 and earliest versions it works perfectly in wintab mode.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Blender >> sculpt mode >> sculpt with standard brush with radius affected by pen pressure.

I also have a problem with Wintab in 2.92
Windows Ink works when I enable it in Wacom settings... but I don't want to use Ink, it really sucks. Ink displays mod keys under the cursor for some weird reason, breaks in some applications (that's why I turned it OFF in the first place) and has many stupid overlays and features that stand in the way of using graphics tablets and are hard or impossible to disable...
Windows designers are really, really awful at their job...

I have a very similar problem using a Huion w1409 v2. When i use "Auto" as the "Tablet API" i can't use the side button of my pen for viewport rotation and when i set it to Windows Ink the problem is gone but my pen pressure is fucked up.

I can report that the pen pressure from my Wacom Intuos III tablet is not working for Sculpting in Blender 2.92. If attempted, the stylus produces single 'blips' of brush activity, then freezing, but not making anything like a continuous stroke.
The mouse works as expected in Sculpting, unless the one attempts to use the tablet and stylus. Once the tablet starts producing faulty behaviour, the mouse, too, will no longer function correctly in Sculpting. Once this occurs, making a new scene in Blender does not fix the situation. It is necessary to quit the program and restart in order for (even) the mouse to work properly in Sculpting.
Both mouse and tablet are working as expected in Blender 2.91

I had the same issue with a Huion H610 pro, afer waiting some days to get solved I decided to upate my drivers and pen pressure and stroke are solved. However I can't rotate 3d view with pen button like @Harti

Just a quick update. I just realized that issue came after I put PC on hibernation and wake up again. I guess driver update worked because I had to reboot laptop.

@rpserge can you double check that you used the build of Blender that I linked above? I don't see any of the logging code I added and a lot of logging code that shouldn't be there.
The resulting log should look very similar to P1768.
@PrototypeNM1 yes, this is your build. Could you please tell me how to run this build properly to have requested information logged? I use command "--debug-all" to save previous log file, maybe it was wrong.

Just run Blender like normal without
--debug-all

@PrototypeNM1 wow, it is actually much better! Pen is working with pressure and tilt support (checked with clay strips brush). The only issue I have - I can't orbit viewport by hovering with a pen around tablet with pressed button (middle mouse action), without touching display. (how it always was in previous versions)

That was my inital problem (which i opened a bug report over one week ago).
No pen pressure with Windows Ink and no orbiting with the pen side button in Wintab. No fix so far.

Switching from Windows Ink to Wintab seems like it won't refresh the setting - when i use the mouse to sculpt it kinda triggers the switch and wintab gives me pen pressure but disables the viewport orbiting.
With your build, Wintab is recognized but there is a strong lag when drawing with Grease Pencil or navigating the viewport.

@rpserge Could you check if this build still works for you? This is just a check to make sure things are still working after cleanup.
This one doesn't yet attempt to address the hover click issue, but you might still want to test it and upload a log anyway.

@rpserge can do a test where you only hover click 3 times and upload the log? Only use the pen, avoid clicking with the mouse at all in the main Blender window.

Hi, same (or related issue here) : view rotation using tablet freezes a while every minutes (variable), a mouse click or a selection can restore the rotation until the next freeze. Also walking (with gravity) using stylet is impossible (to sensitive, a very small movement and you turn like a spinning top). Pressure seems to work correctly for me.

ps : a single touch of the tablet surface unfreeze the view rotation, if you can click on a free area it can help, but not perfect.

Concerning the lags, it seems that all work normally for me since the two or three last 2.92 releases, I don't see the problem on the same heavy scene. I can't say for the pen pressure as I don't really use it, but the walk is still present. Thanks.
sorry my last message is not very clear, now the issue with the pen and the walking mode seems to be solved in the last 2.92 release (2.92.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2020-12-20 17:48, hash:

). Just on thing, when the pen comes close to the edge of the tablet and that you have to recenter it, it should be possible to resume the walk from the last position. Actually the orientation change brutally and unpredictably when repositioning the pen on the tablet (same behavior when repositioning the mouse).@PMA33 I think you're describing #83930
@rpserge can you recreate the issue in this build ? No log necessary, just need to know if recent changes fixed this.

@PrototypeNM1 sorry, I missed your message last week. I have just tried new build and it works very good - I don't have any glitches with the viewport movements or during the sculpting.
