Short description of error
When using Eevee to view model in material preview mode the entirety of the model does not show up. Only red, green and blue dots appear. Switching the rendered view the model does not even show up. Im able to see the grey outline of my model when I pan around the scene. (EDIT: The issue seem to be related to the "High Quality Normals" option in the performance tab being disabled.)*

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
This issue started once I updated my AMD graphics card software to a newer version and updated to blender 2.91

1.Launch Blender.
2. Load Blend file
3.Press Z and select material preview/Rendered. Blend File:Example.blend

Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Are you using Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.11.2 Optional, 27.20.14501.18003? This version is known to cause issues, see #82856. If you're using that version, please check if installing a previous one solves the issue.
