Error description
I'm putting the same error that I'm having, in a video that
someone else posted, it's the same error.

After having researched some things, it seems that it is an error of OpenGl 4.6, which came in the last update of the amd video card driver.
Driver version 20.12.1 released on 4/12/2020
I'm a very curious person, so I discovered a trigger that "solves" the problem, but I think it's a bug.
In EVEE, go to render properties, the performance tab, check the High Quality Normals box.
I also contacted amd, as I don't know if the error may be from the driver. but that's it. thanks!

There have been various reports of rendering issues with AMD GPUs in Blender after recent driver updates (20.11.2 and beyond). From the looks of it, you are experiencing this issue. There are a few ways to work around this:
Render Properties -> Performance -> High Quality Normals
- See image below). It should be noted that enabling High Quality Normals will not resolve rendering issues for all object types in Blender unless you're using Blender 2.92.For reference, we keep track of these issues with the drivers in #82856. I will merge your report into that one.
