Short description of error
Exported FBX of this 3D model (https://github.com/mrlooi/Data/blob/master/RPM.glb) has messed up textures. Not sure if it has to do with shapekeys.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Import https://github.com/mrlooi/Data/blob/master/RPM.glb, then export as FBX with embed textures = True

This is more or less the same as #86661 (Material setting "show_transparent_back" (Show Backface) gives weird results), so this is just a problem with how Eevee displays materials with both Alpha Blend and Show Backface.
Please refer to that other task for more details (in short: disable Show Backface in your material).

So thx again reporting, but I dont think there is anything wrong with FBX (or its Embed Textures option), will merge with #86661.
(of course feel free to comment again if this is a misunderstanding)

Just so that you know: there is also #89630 (FBX/OBJ Import - Show Backfaces makes object look wrong and is ON by default.) which talks about changing the defaults, will merge into that instead, lets see where that goes...
