There have been reports like #98095 that show a clear issue with the "Edit Voxel Size" operator in Sculpt Mode.
It is far too easy to accidentally get too very small voxel size and be unable to increase it again.
There is actually a way to do it, but it is not communicated in the UI.
You can hold
Ctrl to change the voxel size in a constant speed (as an alternative to the default relative speed) and hold Shift to make more precise changes.
Since the voxel size generally doesn't go higher than 1 meter, the behaviour of holding down
Ctrl is already very optimal.
For smaller precise changes to the voxel size users can hold down
If that becomes too difficult, you likely reached a density that isn't usable anymore or results in Blender freezing.
Modal operators generally support their own keymap entries, which are added to the status bar when the modal operator is used.
So the following modal shortcuts should be added:
Shiftfor Precision Mode
So the tasks from this need to be:
Changed status from 'Needs Triage' to: 'Needs Developer To Reproduce'
This issue was referenced by
Changed status from 'Needs Developer To Reproduce' to: 'Resolved'
I'm reopening the task since the status bar entry also still need to be updated.
