Jeroen Bakker d4ed9ddacd Eevee-next: Fix Incorrect Background When Not On Origin 
Backgrounds in Eevee-next were different then when using Eevee-legacy.
Only when viewed from the world origin the background matches both
engines.

This change will make sure that the results of both engines matches.
