Damien Picard 06fec33111 Make DDS and IRIZ formats unselectable, and FFMPEG only if included 
The DDS output format was disabled in 61dddcb800 and IRIZ was removed
in 0977d92d73. They should not be selectable as output formats on the
command line.

In addition FFMPEG should only be selectable if Blender was compiled
with the library, just like the other optional output formats.

Damien Picard 926cdc408e Creator: update image formats shown in the CLI help 
- IRIZ was removed in 0977d92d73.
- HDR and TIFF are always available as part of OIIO since aa3bdfd76a.
- MPEG was renamed to FFMPEG in a7e7479122.
- DDS was disabled in 61dddcb800.
