"Nothing to Bake" when pose object is not selected
Well, an object is already active, but still can not bake its action, that's actually weird. That's the reason why I report this.
Also another thing I feel weird is, an unselectable object,…

ok, so the reason is amature's selectable is off, but user won't know it since "selectable" is not displayed with default setting.
In that case, it's not a bug. But, it gonna be much better…
