Short description of error
Brush selection window in sculpt mode does not appear when activation threshold is enabled.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Set activation threshold not zero in add-on preferences
Enable Sculpt brush selection pie if not enabled
Go to sculpt mode
Hold w key and bring mouse down

Heya, I can't repro this with today's 4.3 or my older 4.3, and the threshold thing you're mentioning definitely shouldn't matter.

Are you sure you're in 4.3 and not 4.2 where the asset shelf doesn't exist yet? And that your 4.3 is the latest Alpha, not one from months ago, when the asset shelf didn't exist yet? :)
