Apply Transforms Menu Request- Rotation/Scale Button #45

Having recently updated from Blender 4.0 to 4.2, the only button I find myself missing is the combined Rotation/Scale in the Apply Transforms Pie. It is extremely rare that I need to apply location, so unfortunately in the new version, only having the Loc/Rot/Scale combined button is far less useful. Applying Rot/Scale is much more common.

Thanks so much for the work on the tool, one of my all time favorites!
