"Fullscreen Area" and "Maximize Area" wrongly labeled #46

Short description of error
The Window pie menu (Ctrl + Spacebar) has wrongly labeled buttons

"Maximize Area" button actually causes the area to be fullscreened, hiding header and statusbar, topbar
"Fullscreen Area" button actually maximizes the area, leaving the header, status and top bars visible

This is inverse of what the corresponding options do from the regular View -> Area menu on the header

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Press Ctrl+Space and move mouse to the right and choose "Fullscreen Area"
Area is maximized instead
