Blender Version: 4.2.3 LTS, branch: blender-v4.2-release, commit: 2024-10-14
Add-on Version: (1, 6, 3)

Description of the problem:

I disable File Pie Menu in the addon settings and save the preferences. After restarting Blender File Pie Menu is enabled again.

I reported the bug first. Then I saw that there were other bugs. Found this one, which is similar to mine.

Deleting the “viewport_pie_menus” text file helped me. My old settings and the new ones were preserved. I apologize for the inconvenience

I don't know if it'll help or not. But I transferred my settings from 3.6 to 4.2 before changing them in 4.2
