Description of the problem:
3D Viewport Pie Menus extension will override my keyboard shortcuts. Example: I change the “Object Relationships Pie(Outliner)” to "Shift X", the default is "X". I keep the "X" to delete in the Outliner. I save my preferences. Then at random the Object Relationships Pie will revert back to a shortcut of "X".

Can you try updating the addon to 1.6.4 and see if this still happens? Probably does. Also, can you check if it happens when you restart Blender, rather than at random?
