Fix #128112: Improve Display of Drag Overlays

I would still like to know why we still need this GLA_PIXEL_OFS. I don't think it make sense in our modern day and age.

Fix #124514: Wrong "slight defocus" DoF

This broke the render test. And it seems that it exposes the tiling nature of the pass (so it doesn't match neighbors). So this fix is to be revisited.
