Number crunching; graphs for Anja.

We should at least show reality-based current numbers on memberships and incoming/refunded money.

Depends on changes in Open Data to support more than benchmarks + changes in Dev Fund to send data there.

This is now available as a set of private and public dashboards in fund.blender.org. More visualizations should be added in the future, but that can be tracked in other issues.
