Record transaction ID on Braintree failure #57960

Currently we only store a transaction ID when the transaction was a success. This means that when there was a failure we can't look up the Braintree side of things. Not sure if we even get a transaction ID in the case of failure, but we should investigate this and properly handle such errors.
